Health and Safety Assessments
Similar to a home inspection, ADL will provide a prioritized professional assessment of your home to help you prepare for life’s medical challenges including childproofing, new disabilities, temporary recoveries or aging in place. Recommendations are prioritized in short-term, mid-term and long-term goals. Each home inspection is a flat fee of $200
Products
Each cost-effective product package is tailored to the client’s accessibility requirements such as vision, hearing, mobility, etc. Clients may select the style that suits them best and receive a list of key features with pros and cons. Each package has a detail installation instruction binder. Installation of product will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
Consultation
ADL can add an expertise to Residential Interior Design, Architectural, and Construction projects that require outside the box solutions. Health and Safety Assessments, plan reviews, product research, and new designs are available. Hourly Rates apply.
Design
Interior designs services are available for larger home solutions, such as stairs, lifts, elevators, kitchen, baths, customized closets, space planning, etc. Both hourly and fixed price options are available.
