A couple with their new lakeside, contemporary, Mediterranean home needed to accommodate disabled family visitors in a first-floor guest suite.  In addition, the homeowners about to enter their 50s wanted to plan for life-long accessibility for the home and meet the vision and mobility needs of upcoming surgeries. Renovating to accessibly accommodate a variety of medical devices was crucial while not compromising the style with medicinal functionality.

To blend with the style of the home, the guest bath was renovated in a French Mediterranean style achieving an adaptable, accessible, resort-like getaway for family members with different abilities. Style is not compromised by integrating beautiful medical equipment that fits the design style.
